What is the best way to entice Walmart to up the wages of worker to a manufacturing jobs pay and benefits without causing problems for Walmart?

Enticing Walmart to raise wages to manufacturing-level pay and benefits—which often include higher hourly rates, full-time stability, and robust health/retirement plans—without causing disruption involves leveraging business-driven incentives. The most effective approach focuses on demonstrating that higher labor costs are offset by increased productivity, reduced turnover, and improved customer experience.

I got the Walmart Idea from Sarah Paine video posted to YouTube. You should look her up if you like good talks on politics and great ideas. She works/worked for the US government and has a very interesting perspective.

What about trying it out in a community that is needing it more, in tandem with a solid media campaign to rally customers to use Walmart more and more checkouts so people can move through faster. When I go to Walmart the biggest problem I see is a lack of tellers to speed people through checkout. Major problem there, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. It would be a good Idea to add a ton of checkout counters to any store that experiences large number of customers. It could drive up sales for Walmart.

In California Gavin Newsom is trying this with McDonald's. How is Gavin Newsoms work with wages doing in California?. Since Donald Trump is trying to raise Manufacturing jobs to help citizens maybe they could join forces and apply it to workers in places like Walmart. Everyone comes to the table idealist trying to help people. It would be nice if we could see that in each other and work together to do good. God bless. It would make you all Heros if it worked out. Walmart, Trump and Gavin. Maybe we could look into what it would take to make it happen in a way that works for everyone by putting the full embodiment of the US behind it. A think tank based upon monthly or weekly meeting on Microsoft Teams where the community that is for this comes together to share ideas?

Companies could explain their needs, Economists could look over the economic impact, politicians could create policy to help it along and the people could be in the loop so they know what to expect.

I was thinking about Debt to GDP and how if we allow the debt to climb we either have to pay for it in higher taxes or raise money via tariffs. There are primarily two places used for taxation. Income tax and sales tax. As the sales tax raises to pay down the debt it raises the price of goods. We raise money(debt) to pay the US bills by selling Treasury Bills to the people to support 401Ks and retirement plans so its hard to completely eradicate that debt. I really believe that Trump is working hard for both the public and the rich. He seems to want to create better paying jobs for the workers and reduce spending to balance the budget.
