The Pledge of Allegiance

When the kids used to Pledge Allegiance to the Flag they would stand all excited big smiles laughing and giggling with their hands on their hearts. And in that state of love and happiness they emitted a beautiful force that resounded accost the world. It brought with it a love for US.

Lately the world has turned from that love and have labeled US infidels. People come into our country and say they want to change US because we are not good. Inside we feel that force to destroy how we look at ourselves. The hatred for US and the feelings it brings. Everyday I turn on the news and its negativity towards US makes me feel like we are living in some place other than the most awesome country with access to the most wonderful thing. The American dream.

How can we take this all back to that time when everyone loved Americans. That Americans are heroes like right after WW2. When I walk by schools everyday and see good people. I see kids with love in their hearts playing and having a good time and I feel that love again.

We need to have them lighting our way again. When they said the Pledge of Allegiance they vibe US all to feel love for US. If we could capture that and start to train and condition ourselves again to love US we could help change the feelings people feel for US back to positive feeling. We should broadcast it on the news everyday so everyone could get involved and do it along side our children. If taught right the teacher would tell the children to think of someone or something they love and put that love to America when the pledged. That constant training everyday would create in all of us a stronger love for US. All through our lives when we think about US we would feel that love again.

The Right Way

Everyone who lives here is a citizen and they get a starting salary of 25 bucks an hour with benefits and 40 hour weeks mandatory. Part time is just the same but cut in half. Mandatory 20 hours. $10,000 fine per person, per day for hiring illegals.

We could up wages to manufacturing wages on the major players who hire the most people and have economist and sales people huddle to help drive more sales for them in turn. Like subsidizing AIG when they needed the help an investment in figuring out how to get the company more in profits by doing this would return in PR for the people who invested in this.

If people are not having bigger families because they can only afford a two bedroom apartment in the city than it would make sense to create rent caps like in NY and work on lowering the price of big houses so the citizens could afford more.

Every Teacher Teaches New Tools

You will meet many teachers in your life and you will be tested time and time again. Sylvester Stallone said. "Its not how hard you can punch its how hard you can get punched and keep moving forward." Every test doesn't come with a label. Some test your goodness. This is why its good to have solid Role Models. Bruce Lee said. "Thoughts become actions, actions become habits and habits define your life." Guard your thoughts. Keep a true heart and right thinking will come easily. Every teacher comes with there own bag of tools. Use every resource you can. The more tools you have in your bag the better you can preform.

Red Hot Chilly Peppers said. "This life is more than just a read through." You have to perform well too. I dare say that some of the people who fake it came up missing or in jail for life. Everyone looking. Up your ass with a stethoscope listening to your heart beat. The Police said. "Every breath you take. Every move you make. Every bond you break, every step you take I'll be watching you."

Enticing Walmart to up Pay

What is the best way to entice Walmart to up the wages of worker to a manufacturing jobs pay and benefits without causing problems for Walmart?

Enticing Walmart to raise wages to manufacturing-level pay and benefits—which often include higher hourly rates, full-time stability, and robust health/retirement plans—without causing disruption involves leveraging business-driven incentives. The most effective approach focuses on demonstrating that higher labor costs are offset by increased productivity, reduced turnover, and improved customer experience.

I got the Walmart Idea from Sarah Paine video posted to YouTube. You should look her up if you like good talks on politics and great ideas. She works/worked for the US government and has a very interesting perspective.

What about trying it out in a community that is needing it more, in tandem with a solid media campaign to rally customers to use Walmart more and more checkouts so people can move through faster. When I go to Walmart the biggest problem I see is a lack of tellers to speed people through checkout. Major problem there, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. It would be a good Idea to add a ton of checkout counters to any store that experiences large number of customers. It could drive up sales for Walmart.

In California Gavin Newsom is trying this with McDonald's. How is Gavin Newsoms work with wages doing in California?. Since Donald Trump is trying to raise Manufacturing jobs to help citizens maybe they could join forces and apply it to workers in places like Walmart. Everyone comes to the table idealist trying to help people. It would be nice if we could see that in each other and work together to do good. God bless. It would make you all Heros if it worked out. Walmart, Trump and Gavin. Maybe we could look into what it would take to make it happen in a way that works for everyone by putting the full embodiment of the US behind it. A think tank based upon monthly or weekly meeting on Microsoft Teams where the community that is for this comes together to share ideas?

Companies could explain their needs, Economists could look over the economic impact, politicians could create policy to help it along and the people could be in the loop so they know what to expect.

China pulls ahead with Manufacturing

BRICS (including 2024/2025 expansion): ~3.3–4.3+ billion (approx. 40%–56% of global population)
NATO (32 nations): ~952.7 million – 1 billion (approx. 12% of global population).

Dominance of the G7: In the late 1990s and early 2000s, the G7 held sway over global economic governance. In 1995, the G7 accounted for approximately 46% of global GDP (based on Purchasing Power Parity), while the future BRICS countries represented only about 18.5%.

This is a good time to figure out what is going on with the numbers, find out what they did to sway the numbers and what we need to do to get the numbers back on our side. Going to go even further back and look at how we got to the point where we grew to be 46%.

The G7 (United States, Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Canada) achieved dominance of the global economy through a combination of rapid industrialization in the 19th and 20th centuries, postwar reconstruction, and the establishment of a rules-based international order. At their peak, these nations generated approximately two-thirds of the world's manufacturing output and GDP, despite representing only 13% of the global population, a period often referred to as "The Great Divergence".

Notes on Economic Lectures

People forget the lessons of the past unless they can live through it and understand why things changed. There will also always be a group of people who will not do as well as other groups and due to the bell curve that group might be a large one if the system does not cater to those who are less fortunate.

In order to create a system that works well one needs to figure out how to make a large majority of the group relatively if not real happy with the new system when comparing it to their memory of past systems.

The biggest problem with democratic politics is that you have a hard time getting everyone on a single side because everyone is biased to what they want.

If I was to try to predict what stocks are going to do well I would follow - (Warren Buffet) Buy the company who has a good track record and is continually making sound decisions.

Inequality - How do we equalize to a point where we have made the majority happy while not stepping on the toes of the rich? Figure out what your rich want. Figure out what you need to do to get the rest of the world equally happy.

Rent Control

The "rent in NY where people can pass the price down to their kids" refers to rent-controlled and rent-stabilized apartments, especially those inherited by family, offering extremely low, stable rents, though new tenants can't usually get them directly, but the existing tenant's immediate family (spouse, adult children, or parents) may qualify for succession rights to keep the apartment and its low rent, a rare opportunity in NYC's high-cost market.

We need to implement this everywhere. I have been at my apartment 2 years this year and I just got my third rent hike letter for $100. Thats 300.00 already. I don't want to move but want the freedom to if I want to. I don't want a lease. What if I realize I live in a place where toxic chemicals are present in the water?

The infamous Love Canal disaster in Niagara Falls, NY, where Hooker Chemical Company buried over 20,000 tons of toxic waste in an abandoned canal, leading to severe health issues (birth defects, miscarriages, cancers) in the 1970s, forcing evacuations, and spurring the creation of the U.S. Superfund program to clean hazardous waste sites. The chemicals, including dioxin, seeped into homes, causing a major environmental crisis.

Its great to see people doing something about the drug crisis because I sometimes wonder if there is a movement behind drug addiction to not only sell drugs to people but to have a reason to constantly gouge people out of their money.

If we started with rent caps where you get a single price on move in and it stays at that price till you move out regardless of lease would it be a start in controlling inflation? If you think it through the cost of the smaller things has to stay down to allow the landlords to turn a profit. Like food the cost stays down when the producer has smaller costs. What kept the cost down in the earlier years of the US? Maybe that deal up there in the starting of this post?

We all want to make more so we can live more like the rich. We need to look at these points where the group can unite (group of landlords and tenants) and fight to keep the prices of the goods they need down (rent control and because we need these same goods) or the extra money we make when we get a raise will get soaked up every time we get one.

Mandatory Hour of School

If people where mandated one hour a day that they would have to spend learning Math, Reading, English and Spelling it could open doors for them that would spur not only the growth of our work force but give people a reason to stop doing things that could steal the American dream from them.

The American dream comes from people who have the ability and the opportunity to make it happen in their lives. When they are at a place where they have a road block in achieving success they can become despondent, angry, jealous and often act out in the opposite of success and create problems in the society they live in.

If we made it mandatory that they go to an hour of school for the rest of their lives, they could fix things that are road blocks to success like not being able to speak and understand English. The thing that allows me to read, understand and learn AI on YouTube. Some people need more work on math, some need work being able to write. Having not been to eager in school to begin with might have been the result of bad fiends, not realizing the right way to learn or not having the right mentorship.

If someone stays working on themselves in this area they will grow more confident in their abilities and over time it will open up more doors for them and for US. We will be growing a wealth of natural talent that has been left untapped. All things are hard when you fist start but if you continue at something you will ultimately start to feel comfortable at it.

I think that everyone doing it will take the stigma out of it and help people realize that its pathway to heaven. Financial freedom is King and when people start to clear away the road blocks they will gain momentum.

Good reads and God speed!
